POWER MOM&BABY REFORMER
If you’ve had just a baby and want to prioritise yourself and your body without compromising on special time with your baby, POWER MOM&BABY REFORMER is for you.
The training will primarily take place on the Reformer bed, which provides the most optimal framework for strengthening your body gently after birth. It’s our goal to create a calm, safe environment for you and your baby so you have the opportunity to be by their side while training.

POWER MOM&BABY BURN
Do you want to be challenged in new ways? Has your baby become a little too big and lively to sit through a Reformer class? Then POWER MOM&BABY BURN may be the thing for you! The program is built around circuit training, therefore providing a higher intensity workout and more focus on strength, endurance and cardio. Since we have turned up the intensity, the class is 60 minutes which also fits well with the little ones who will be waiting just outside the classroom — giving them a chance to be social with each other, too!
