The Health Experiment


TWR.8 Studio Health Experiment is not a bootcamp, but a conscious journey towards good health. It consists of efficient and intelligent training that everyone can participate in, regardless of fitness level and experience.

As a participant of the experiment, find out exactly how far you can advance your health in just 2 hours a week over 8 weeks (excluding test weeks).

Training includes our unique and effective training concept, Burn & Build, consisting of short cardio and strength intervals that are customised to match your level of fitness. All tests and training sessions are held by health professionals including sports physiologists, physical therapists and physicians.

Here’s what you get:

  • 2 hours of weekly training for 8 weeks in an exclusive group (excluding test weeks)
  • Condition tests including VO2 max (maximal oxygen uptake)
  • Strength tests
  • Measurement of weight, fat percentage, muscle mass and your goals
  • Blood test to measure blood values ​​for cholesterol, triglycerides and blood sugar

All previous participants have significantly improved their health, including:

  • Increased oxygen uptake of up to 12%
  • Increased strength up to 32%
  • Loss of weight between 2-7 kg and 3-11 cm in width
  • Decrease in “bad” cholesterol or triglycerides and thus, a reduced risk of cardiovascular disease etc.

Test week before start-up: Tuesday and Thursday mornings and evenings  by appointment.

Training: Mondays 7pm-8pm and Thursdays 7.15pm-8.15pm at PWR.8 Studio Frederiksberg.

Price: 6.500 DKK – inclusive of all tests and training.
