Burn&Build is a unique training concept that strengthens your body and overall health in an effective, intense and challenging way. The class is composed of short cardio and strength intervals on the treadmill and on the floor, where the workouts are carried out with dumbbells, kettlebells and your own body weight.
We designed this exercise concept to offer a class where you improve your cardiovascular system, strengthen and build your muscles and bones, and burn a lot of calories all at the same time. Everyone can join no matter the level of fitness or whether you can run or not. It is always possible to walk instead of run if needed.
