POWER REFORMER

Power Reformer is our signature class where you train your whole body at a healthy pace to upbeat music. Based on Pilates, the class focuses on functionality, breathing, stability and the core of the body; what we call the body’s Power House. Stability and strength around this Power House is the foundation and prerequisite for all movement and an important element to include in your training.

Power Reformer is for everyone. It’s a class that will leave you with a sense of strength and well-being. The training takes place on the reformer bed giving you an amazing experience of being challenged, regardless of your level.

POWER REFORMER

BURN & BUILD

Burn&Build is a unique training concept that strengthens your body and overall health in an effective, intense and challenging way. The class is composed of short cardio and strength intervals on the treadmill and on the floor, where the workouts are carried out with dumbbells, kettlebells and your own body weight.

We designed this exercise concept to offer a class where you improve your cardiovascular system, strengthen and build your muscles and bones, and burn a lot of calories all at the same time. We recommend Burn&Build as a supplement to your other training for a strong and healthy body throughout your life.

Everyone can join no matter the level of fitness or whether you can run or not. It is always possible to walk instead of run if needed.

BURN & BUILD

POWER PILATES

Power Pilates is controlled strength and endurance training focusing on core stability, mobility and body awareness. The exercises work to stretch and strengthen the body for a better posture through natural movement with a strong focus on breathing techniques.
Pilates is both gentle and challenging and is recommended together with Reformer Pilates for the rehabilitation of back problems.

POWER PILATES

POWER BURN

PowerBurn is an effective, tough and challenging strength and cardio workout everyone can join. The class is built around simple circuit training consisting of three stations with four varying exercises in each station.

We train with equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX and our own body weight.

PowerBurn, the counterpart to Burn&Build, provides you with the recommended heart rate and strength training needed to build up your cardiovascular system and keep your bones strong.

POWER BURN

BODYFLOW

BODYFLOW®, by Les Mills, combines exercises from yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi and pairs them with music. The class is for those who want to increase body awareness, strengthen the body and the mind, reduce stress and release tension. BODYFLOW® combines the mystique of the East with the latest fitness knowledge from the West. The class is built around exercises for agility, balance and strength. In this class, there is a focus on breathing, inner peace and harmony.

TRX

TRX is a form of training originally developed by the US Navy SEALs. The TRX harness is equipped with two handles that you use along with your own body weight to challenge yourself through a series of exercises.

Based on functional training where your body’s various muscles must learn to work together, the class is built up with a light warm up followed by smaller blocks of exercises where the whole body is pushed through a combination of strength and cardio exercises. The class is both fun and challenging, and caters to everyone no matter the level.

TRX

SOMA MOVE

SOMA MOVE® is a form of training that combines elements from Bodyflow, Pilates, Yoga and Calisthenics. The concept has been developed by movement specialists who deal with the many possibilities of connective tissue.

The class is composed of exercises performed in a flow series that challenges your motor skills, balance and strength.

SOMA MOVE® gives you an experience of stepping into an intense focus where you don’t think, you just “do”. After the class you will have a feeling of increased mobility and warmth and a stronger body.

POWER BARRE

Power Barre is functional training inspired by ballet, Pilates and yoga merged into one simple and effective training concept. In this class, we work with strength, agility, mobility and have a big focus on posture correction exercises.

The class is composed of strength, mobility and balance exercises performed to motivational and focused music. The bar is used as balance support and as a tool for some exercises. In addition to the bar, we use balls, elastics and mats.
