POWER HOUSE BOOTCAMP

We’re once again launching our popular boot camps in both our Østerbro and Frederiksberg  locations. Past participants have lost up to 5kg and up to 17cm off different areas of the body. They’ve also felt more fresh, motivated and full of energy after just four weeks of training in our intense boot camp. 

We train four times a week and offer a varied selection of circuit, interval, strength and core training, as well as elements of crossfit training, Reformer Pilates, TRX and outdoor training. In collaboration with Sofie Bentzen, founder of the Health Junkie blog, we also inspire you to make small changes in diet and eating habits to maximise your journey towards better health. At Powerhouse, our philosophy is that in order to see results, training should be fun. Which is why we suggest realistic and manageable lifestyle changes that can easily fit into a busy schedule to create lasting change.

The program includes:

  • 4 weeks of intensive, motivating and varied workouts
  • Exclusive group exercise, 4 times a week 
  • Weight and body analysis
  • Measurement of body fat percentage and body measurements (Note: all measurements are at the start and finish)
  • Access to a closed group on Facebook for questions and comments
  • Recipes and ideas for healthy and inspiring food 

Before starting, we discuss your personal reasons for joining the boot camp and plan your goals for the program. We also measure your body fat percentage, body weight and different body measurements both at the start and finish, and if you like, we also take a ‘before’ picture. If you follow our training and advice and give it your all, we guarantee that you will be able to improve your shape, get stronger and see and feel a dramatic change in your body. After completing the boot camp, you will have the option of a one-to-one session for tailored coaching on how to stick to your newly formed habits in relation to further training.

START-UP:

For both locations, there will be an introduction on Saturday before first session at our Østerbro location. Here you get an introduction to the course, as well as objectives, weighing and your first training. The boot camps will finish 4 weeks alter on Saturday  also at our Østerbro location.
